Swimming lessons for children and adults, English conversation practice for kids aged 7 and older with an English level of Beginner or higher. Groups are divided by age and skill level.

Introduction to the coach and the pool in a fun, playful manner to enhance the emotional mood for the workout.

Rules
The coach explains the safety rules for the lessons.

Warm-up
The warm-up on land helps to prepare the body before the workout and mobilize the joints. It also makes it easier for the athlete to integrate English speech in a familiar environment – on land.

Main part
Pool exercises, practicing swimming techniques.

Cool-down
It helps to calm the body after the workout, relax a little, and have fun.

Changing clothes
It helps develop self-care skills, fine motor skills, coordination, and spatial and time awareness.
